Why? The, er, aesthetic of the Cobalt may be an odd pairing for the rhinestone suits of Daniel Romano, but it's sure to be an intimate evening!

Why? The punk-rock legends from Manitoba are in town and have a new (and fantastic) new album. It's sold out, but you never know!

Why? The Victoria band is gracing our city with their presence once again, and they're bringing Lovecoast over with them, and Close Talker in from Saskatchewan too!

Where? The Lido
When? Friday, April 15th (by which I mean tonight!) 
Why? A) I haven't seen Spencer Krug perform live in any capacity since seeing Sunset Rubdown in '09, and 2) Julia With Blue Jeans On is one of my favourite albums of the last few years. So, yeah, I'm a little excited for a free solo piano Moonface show at a nice venue two blocks from my house.
