It's been almost four years since we last heard music from Krief (aka Patrick Krief, who you may know from The Dears, and is also one of my favourite guitarists).

Well, he's making up for lost time this fall, with a double album. automanic comes is two halfs, red and blue, and Patrick Krief says in the press release that they are "autonomous in their flow, yet not meant to be listened to in one sitting."

automanic red will feature "a bold sound and brash lyrics fueled by anger, anguish and ego" while automanic blue will be more a "sober reflection, grappling with reality, and mortality".
